Job Description:

Our Client – a leading food service Kitchens supplier, manufacturer and service provider company in the Arabian Gulf with remarkable career growth opportunities. The company has a broad experience in the food service industry allowing it to achieve the highest level of development in kitchen design and long term efficiency. Due to its substantial expansion and the extremely high turnover, our client is currently looking for Account Managers to partner with and ensure the long-term success of their customers.

 

Job location: Jeddah/Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of account management or other relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business management or Engineering (Master’s Degree is a great plus)
  • Fluency in English
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Tight organisational and time management skills
  • Great business sense and the ability to work to budgets
  • Adaptability into the organizational culture

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for matters specific to your customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, corporate customers
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to management
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Make reports to the Regional Manager
  • Attend meetings with clients
