Job Description:

An award winning real estate company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant   

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and staffing logistics
  • Keep track of employee records
  • Answering office calls and e-mails
  • Setting up and coordinating meetings
  • Preparing marketing materials and presentations
  • Making sure that company’s website is user friendly and comes up high in search results
  • Finding creative advertising to marketing campaigns, and increasing traffic to the company website
  • Managing and updating database

Skill Set:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy
  • Good organization and communication skills
  • Languages – English (Fluent in reading, writing and speaking)


Candidates with Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent qualification need only apply. Salary will be between 180 BHD -230 BHD based on experience (all inclusive)
