Head of Non Operatted Projects: LNG/ NGL - Qatar - Doha

Natural Resources are seeking to recruit on behalf of their client a HEAD OF NON OPERATED PROJECTS on a long term definite contract based in Qatar

 

Department Onshore Project Development Division (SDP) plans, directs and coordinates the surface development of all the new gas fields within the State of Qatar, in addition to reviewing and endorsing the surface developments of client operated onshore oil fields, facilities SDP continually monitor the operational performance of the client Non-Operated Joint Ventures and subsidiary company projects during the operations phase to ensure the most efficient utilization of the Qatar hydrocarbon resources with optimum unit cost.

 

Purpose

 

To evaluate, verify and assess adequacy, robustness and cost effectiveness of all new onshore facilities for the development of the North Field Joint Venture projects, all off plot and common facility projects, new discoveries and develop plans to secure reliable gas and ethane transportation facilities from suppliers to all consumers

 

Experience/Qualifications

 

15 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, 10 years should be in projects development leadership role with sound operational/process engineering background. Experienced with HYSYS or ASPEN software. Experienced in Gas Treatment, NGL Recovery and the LNG industry.

B.Sc in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent.

Experienced with HYSYS or ASPEN software.

Good English; written and verbal communication skills.
