Immediate start for an Administration Assistant who seeks a 3 months temporary assignment based in Bahrain, Juffair


Client Details

Our client are rapidly growing in the fashion industry and are seeking an Administrator to help with the possibility to extend into the new year.


The following role will require you to:

  • Manage a busy switchboard

  • Meeting and greeting high net worth clientele

  • Manage all function room bookings

  • Calendar and diary management for Executive staff

  • Mail runs and collecting errands

  • Sorting through documentation and scanning onto the system

  • Be prepared to stay back occasionally and potentially work weekend



To be successful for this role, the following characteristics are essential:

  • Immaculate corporate presentation

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous experience in dealing with demanding clients

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Outgoing, bright and bubbly interpersonal skills

  • Confident and able to work independently
