Job Description:

We are a healthcare company based in Qatar and have a reputation based on 30 years of clinical excellence and commitment to our patients and staff. Our mission is to deliver exceptional experiences for the patients treated in our hospital in Qatar – and to do that, we need exceptional people.     

We have a vacancy for a Personal Assistant to the Executive Director join the Senior Management Team. 

Requirements:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and Power Point
  • Strong experience in a senior Personal Assistant/secretarial role supporting Senior Manager/Executive.
  • Able to prioritise workload and demonstrate good time management skills
  • Able to work under pressure within demanding schedules and time-frames
  • Able to work unsupervised and to use own initiative
  • Discreet and tactful

Responsibilities:

  • To provide secretarial assistance to the Executive Director
  • To handle staff/patient and consultant queries in an appropriate manner.
  • Attend monthly Management Meetings and take minutes
  • Support the management of complaints in line with the Hospital process
  • Responsible for coordinating all aspects of admitting rights for Consultants and ensuring all documentation is correct and received before submitting it to the Medical Advisory Committee.
