Description
Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the pre-planning and conceptual phase of projects
• Manage time, budget and quality expectations
• Develop project programs & monitor to ensure they remain relevant
• Ensure value is obtained from consultants, trades & service providers
• Contractor management
• Cost Control
• Design Management
• Stakeholder Management

Profile
To be considered for this role you should have:

• 5 years plus experience managing construction projects
• A proven history working on any of commercial fit-out, aged care, education, retail
• A thorough understanding of the life-cycle of a construction project
• Degree qualification in a Construction related field
• The ability to liaise directly with the client and contractors and manage projects from a client's perspective
• The capability to follow programme and complete projects on time and to cost
• Well presented, articulate and professional with superior communication skills
