Senior Contracts/Commercial Manager - Jordan - Adjlun

Natural Resources are urgently seeking to recruit two Senior Contracts/Commercial Manager  who will be based in Jordan on a residential contract.

• Senior Contracts / Commercial Manager (Project-based);
• Minimum Degree / MRICS qualified;
• Contractually astute, capable of drafting upstream & downstream correspondence;
• Experienced in hotel / leisure / retail projects in excess of US$ 600m;
• Experienced in major VO’s & Claims – identification, formulation, drafting, quantum, arbitration;
• Capable of managing and directing a small multinational team;
• Client-facing – must be capable of high-level discussion / negotiation with client / JV partners / 3rd party consultants.
