Job Description:
- Creating a data base and familiarizing with our existing data base.
- Making rapport with customers and landlords
- Secretarial and clerical duties
- Daily correspondence
- Preparing daily/weekly and monthly reports.
- Social Media advertising.
- Book keeping and Filing.
The successful candidate will have sound judgment, enormous energy, enthusiasm and integrity.
You should possess:
• A successful and proven Administrator history with Social Media Experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivation and drive
• Great people skills
