Job Description:

 

  • Creating a data base and familiarizing with our existing data base.
  • Making rapport with customers and landlords
  • Secretarial and clerical duties 
  • Daily correspondence 
  • Preparing daily/weekly and monthly reports. 
  • Social Media advertising. 
  • Book keeping and Filing.

The successful candidate will have sound judgment, enormous energy, enthusiasm and integrity.

You should possess:
• A successful and proven Administrator history with Social Media Experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivation and drive
• Great people skills
