Real Estate sales agent required - Bahrain - Manama

Are you a hardworking and enthusiastic real estate salesperson with an excellent track record in sales?

We want you to join us in our upcoming location in Sanabis. We are looking for an experienced real estate agent to help us grow together with you to become the best in real estate services. We work to high standards and reward our employees for their commitment and success.

We are looking for someone who is willing to work irregular hours and has an eye on the real estate market. You will be required to have a sound understanding and should be passionate to know market prices and land value.

As a salesperson with us, you be responsible for:
• Creating a data base and familiarizing with our existing data base.
• Making rapport with customers and landlords
• Getting to know the competition and creating your own style of sales. 

The successful candidate will have sound judgment, enormous energy, enthusiasm and integrity. 

You should possess:
• A successful and proven sales history
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivation and drive
• Great people skills
• A valid Bahrain Driver’s License

Selected candidates shall be rewarded with excellent remuneration and other benefits including commissions up to 60%. Candidates with own car and sales experience is preferred. Selected candidates are required to work independently. We do not believe in micromanaging and would prefer to have employees who can self-manage their time and work schedules. We are located in a premium tower in Sanabis and provide an amazing working environment for our employees with 24/7 access to the office facilities.
